Not only is Summerwind Recreational Community a gated community, we also conduct criminal background checks on every applicant prior to tenancy. This is for the safety of all of our tenants and the community as a whole.

Summerwind Recreational Community is an exclusive gated RV community that offers Seasonal Riverfront lots from April 1st - October 31st. Unlike other RV communities that only offer short term leases, Summerwind Community allows you the opportunity to enjoy your chosen lot all season long!

Summerwind provides many outdoor activities for our guests. Our beautiful walking trail is a must see. We also offer the following sports amenities: a community basketball court, volleyball court and a baseball diamond.

All tenants will be provided with complimentary WI-FI during their stay.
Concrete Boat Ramp
All lease holders have access to our concrete boat ramp. However, boats need to be parked on individual lots or in boat storage. This is to ensure everyone has fair access to the ramp.
Community BathHouse
Our community bathhouses offer stalled restrooms and a hot shower complete with a bench! The bathhouses can be accessed 24 hours a day with your assigned key fob.

Each site is equipped with a gravel pad and driveway for your convenience. Gravel Pad and Driveway dimensions are 18' x 40'.
Each Site has a Metered Connection
Each lot offers a power pedestal for 20, 30 & 50 amps.
